The basement slab has been poured and work begun on the basement suite in earnest. With a lot of muscle, the builders' crew was able to maneuver the 800lb ground-source heat-pump into the mechanical room, ready for hookup. Overall I'm happy with the progress, but I've been a bit dismayed by a few mistakes that have taken time to correct or even meant we've deviated from the plans. Hopefully, things will go more smoothly over the summer.
